False advertising…no pools since before Covid, dirty room had to change and owners downstairs smoking weed while I have young kids…should have drove to Hilton… will never stay here again. Nothing as advertised

They kept my deposit for a nose bleed that happen while in there room because of dry air and sleeping on there blanket and try to talk to a manager that's even harder to get help with the situation GL

The room and hotel were clean and the staff friendly. A chair in the room other than a desk chair would be nice. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was also clean but could use some updating. overall, I would recommend staying here. indoor pool was nice option to have if traveling with kids..

Been to a lot of DAYS INN throughout the country. This one was the least staffed and sometimes they were uppity. Horrible Breakfast menu. I've never seen such a horrible breakfast bar at any of the DAYS INN that I've stayed int the past.

Reservation was from 09/15/2023 until 09/18/2023. Reception at check in was flawless, and directions to our room was given. Before I continue, for 12 years after military retirement I was a Bellman at a 5 star international hotel in Boston. Now the positive - entered the room and was amazed, new flooring, beds were made up properly, and the in room heat/ac was set to a comfortable temperature. However there were no closets or drawers, just a wall hanger (2) and two cubbies to store personal items. We’ve stayed at other Wyndham properties and not ever found bare essentials lacking. Further, the room was spotless, very clean, the bathroom left a bit to be desired. The grout in the shower stall had mold, the sink around the overflow drain was yuck. The toilet must have been designed for midgets, it was about 2 or so feet tall, not good for a normal size person. The toilet paper holder, well if you were double jointed it would have been fine, enough said. On day one, I had a small cut occur on my hand, not at the hotel, and later at night it left a few marks on the bed sheet. It was quite noticeable to us, but not to any of the daily housekeepers I guess, as the sheet was not changed during our stay. Arriving late the first night after check in, all 3 of the handicap spaces near door one were filled, but I did not observe any handicap sticker or plate on any of the vehicles parked. Two of those spaces were filled with large 4WD trucks. In addition, the second night my wife had to go to the front desk to obtain some coffee creamers and she observed the front desk attendant sitting cross legged with his shoes off, very professional observation and a reflection on management. On day three, when we came back after a day’s activities, my half filled coffee cup was still on the TV stand, it should have been discarded, and the coffee supplies were not replenished. On the last two nights of our stay, returning after dark, the Wyndham sign and the parking lot lights were not illuminated, just the overhead lights by the front door. Would we stay there again, not in this lifetime, other Wyndham properties were great, not here though, no recommendations to family members we visited. As for the free breakfest advertised, MRE's in the military would of been a better choice, even the coffe sucked. Upon our departure the last day, we walked past the housekeeper in the hallway, not a "good morning" or any greeting/smile, just "checking out". I replied "yes" and have a nice day, I'd give this property a one star if I could.
